I always try to make sure that fitness becomes a part of a cliens everyday life instead of something they go 'on' and 'off'. I design programs that can be bumped UP or scaled DOWN depending upon the lifestyle, but in general I design things that can be dome for the rest of someones life, and the technical base serves to make every other activity easily learnable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The gym is not the 'sport'. Life is.
