Well, a new client steps up to the plate today to start personal training and getting back on track with a fitness program. I always try to make sure that fitness becomes a part of a cliens everyday life instead of something they go 'on' and 'off'. I design programs that can be bumped UP or scaled DOWN depending upon the lifestyle, but in general I design things that can be dome for the rest of someones life, and the technical base serves to make every other activity easily learnable.
The gym is not the 'sport'. Life is. I think she's going to be fun to work with!
